The Driving Force Behind The Wheel

Andrea Crowley, Art Therapist

As a mother, a wife, an avid runner, and a sugar-holic, I find balance and peace when utilizing my expressive side.

My background in art has brought me on this creative adventure in working with individuals of all ages and abilities. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and a Master’s degree in Art Therapy. In recent years, I've worked as an Art Therapist at McLean Hospital, and a Preschool Teacher at Lincoln Nursery School at the deCordova Art Museum and Sculpture Park.

My hope is to encourage people of all ages to have fun with art, be creative, try something new, and express yourself!

“We had the opportunity to have Andrea host an art party for our youngest daughter. It was fantastic! The kids had a blast and best of all the mess stayed in the truck!! Will definitely use The Artmobile again.”
— Bob O.
“I hopped on the Artmobile with a handful of other ladies for a GNO (girls night out) and we had a blast!  I was afraid it was going to be cramped in the truck but we had plenty of space to work on our two projects (plus the host put out munchies and wine in the truck for us - nice touch!). Andrea (owner, driver, artist, fabulous-person) had two great projects for us - you could have been a novice or a expert and still walk away with fab stuff. We painted tea towels and used these awesome stencils (big big selection to fit any decor) and then created our own wine charms with beads and charms. Really fun night out!”
